Featuring Harley's liquid cooled, Porsche designed v twin, this powerhouse is a pleasure to ride and look at, with metallic blue paint and a blacked out sinister look. Plenty of low down torque, and unique power cruiser styling make this an awesome bike that will make any potential owner very happy. The left mirror, clutch lever and left footpegs are scatched from a light left side tip-over. There are light scratches on the radiator cover, lower frame rail and the exhaust. Bank to bank wire transfers usually show in our account within 24 hours of transfer, except on weekends.
Banks now require that any out of state certified checks, money orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering delivery time.

Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, our goal is to ship your motorcycle within 2 business days. We will email or call you when the payment has cleared and again when the motorcycle is shipped with a tracking number.TitleCLEAR TITLE - NH Residents will need to pay a $27 registration fee. ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - California law requires that unless the emissions sticker on the bike specifies that it is California compliant, any used bikes must have at least 7500 miles on the odometer. Due to the low miles on this bike, you will not be able to title this vehicle in your state. Please check with your local DMV for more information.NH State InspectionThis vehicle passes New Hampshire State Inspection and will be provided with a NH 20-day temporary plate.ATTN: CANADIAN BIDDERSWe are happy to sell to Canadian citizens and have a broad understanding of the process of importing vehicles from the States. At Auction Close

Successful "winning" bidder must submit a non-refundable deposit of $500 via PayPal to bruce@burtonmotors.com within 12 hours of the end of the auction, except for "Buy it Now" transactions, which require the $500 immediately in order to end the auction.  Within (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by BANK TO BANK wire transfer, cashiers-check, approved bank draft, lender's check, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Bank to Bank Wire Transfer is the ONLY payment method accepted from buyers from outside of the 50 United States, other than the initial $500 deposit via PayPal. 

Our Guarantee

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. Burton Motors LTD recommends all vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

Shipping - Transport of Vehicle

Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer. Burton Motors LTD values your business! We want you to be completely satisfied with your online automotive experience from purchase to delivery. Please understand that Burton Motors LTD will arrange shipping for you as a value added service only. We are NOT the shipping company.  Shipping arrangements are between the buyer and the shipper. Burton Motors LTD is NOT a party to any shipping agreement.  All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company used to transport said vehicle.Should you be unsatisfied with your shipping service, please let us know! We aim to recommend only quality vendors.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Burton Motors LTD accepts bank to bank wire transfers, cashiers.. checks, certified funds, cash (in person at our location only), or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions.

As a licensed and bonded dealership, Burton Motors LTD is obligated to deliver clear title to the buyer.  In many cases, we begin our marketing efforts on vehicles before we have actually received the title, and in some cases, a vehicle actually sells before we have received the title.  If payment is made by bank wire transfer or cash in person, we will deliver the title immediately if possible.  If payment is made by cashier..s check or certified check, we deliver title in ten banking days if the title is in our hands at that time, as soon as possible thereafter if not.

In addition to the final purchase price of the vehicle, Burton Motors LTD charges an administrative fee of $99 on all consumer vehicle sales.  In situations where a vehicle is being financed and Burton Motors is required to register the vehicle, this fee is a minimum of $125 and may be higher as needed to reflect actual expenses incurred in out of state registration procedures. In all other situations, the purchaser is responsible for completing the payment of sales taxes and registration fees in their resident jurisdiction.

Up for sale today with NO RESERVE is this very nice '02 FLHRCI Road King Classic. This bike is fuel injected and has 34,741 actual miles. The bike starts first time every time and runs great. Bike is equipped with chrome laced wheels front and rear and the tires are very good with lots of miles left on them (see pics). Bike has H-D hard leather, quick release saddlebags, H-D two-up seat, quick release windshield, driver and passenger floorboards, heel-and-toe shifter, chrome highway bar with fold down highway pegs. All the lights and gauges work perfectly. This bike has aftermarket mufflers and a VERY deep Harley rumble. The paint is in very good condition except for one small chip on the front fender that has been touched up (see pic) and there is a very small split at the front of the seat (see pic), but seats are cheap on EBAY and can be replaced easily. No rust or leaks or drips. Ready to hit the road for riding season. All my bikes have a "Buy It Now" price if you don't want to risk losing the auction...call for the price or to make a reasonable offer.
